Catholic East has rededicated itself to 21st

students, it offers an
ethnically-diverse learning environment, highly-qualified staff and a
foundation in faith in a unique neighborhood.
Catholic East is supported by the five
Riverbank Catholic Communities (RCC) parishes: Three
Holy Women, SS. Peter and Paul, Cathedral of St.
John the Evangelist, Old St. Mary and Our Lady of
Divine Providence.

CATHOLIC EAST
SCHOLARS EXCEL on WKCEs:
Catholic East students as a whole outperform state
averages in reading and language arts in recent
statewide standardized tests.
Catholic East also outperformed the comparable
Milwaukee Public School and Milwaukee Parental
Choice Program averages in all subjects tested,
according to a recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
report based on state statistics.
The tests are known as the WKCEs, or Wisconsin
Knowledge and Concepts Examinations.

Mission Statement
We, the
community of Catholic East Elementary School serving the
sponsoring parishes of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist,
Old St. Mary, Our Lady of Divine Providence, SS. Peter and Paul,
and Three Holy Women, and belonging to the larger Church of the
Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, are dedicated to fostering
a Christ-centered, diversified school where a peaceful
atmosphere of loving, sharing and caring is lived. Through
the development of programs that nurture the whole child, we
strive to bring our students to their fullest potential,
academically, spiritually, morally, socially and physically.
